Ingredients:
-some small and thin veal rump steaks
-a few slices of Parma ham
-flour
-butter
-olive oil
-white wine or meat broth
Procedure:
wrap the steaks with a slice of Parma ham each, and secure with a toothpick.
Cover with flour and toss in butter and oil until they brown on the outside.
When almost cooked, add some white wine or meat broth as needed.
Serve hot. Enjoy your meal!
